Our prices for simple domestic alterations and extensions are provided below. However, if you are working on a commercial property, new build developments or the work falls into more than one of the categories listed, please contact us to ensure that you get the most competitive price.

Any application submitted but not paid for by close of business on Tuesday 31st March will subject to the new charging scheme
